Kahlil's College Fundraiser

Hi, I'm Kahlil and I'm a recent high school graduate of Central High School. I plan to attend Pace University in the fall majoring in Musical Theatre. Read below for important info on why I am starting this GoFundMe. Anything is appreciated!

Why?

Not too long ago, I lost my $10,000 scholarship given to me by the Bibb County School District. The scholarship is intended to give high-achieving students who plan to attend in-state schools a great boon but my plans were different from the beginning. They accommodated me, promising me I would be able to transfer the $10,000 scholarship to an out-of-state school if I chose (this was in 2019). That is not the case anymore after 4 years of me believing it was. So now I am at a deficit because I was not prepared for a deal of this magnitude to become null and void. My total tuition yearly is around $64,000 and that scholarship was the backbone of how I would be able to pay for it. I am asking for any help that you can give to help me get back this $10,000 (which I know is a lot) I have lost. I do not want to take out more loans than I need to even though it seems to be the only option!
