Please Support Baby Kai's CCL Surgery!

Our Kai is our loving and very energetic 2-year-old Pembroke Welsh Corgi. He enjoys running outside in the backyard and lay on the cool grass, he also loves to watch over our 21-month-old baby boy and follow him around the house. He’s our family’s most loved four-legged friend.
One day back in early March of 2019, Kai got too excited and jumped from the stairs and ended up injuring himself. According to his Vet, Kai partially tore his cranial cruciate ligament or CCL - similar to a human tearing an ACL. We were told that he needed rest for 6-8 weeks with no running and jumping allowed. Kai’s right leg is almost healed until about 5 days ago on May 23rd, Kai accidentally got out of his room and took off running in the backyard since he hasn’t been able to since his first injury almost two months ago. Unfortunately, his run was cut short when we caught up to him and found him barely able to walk. He was limping, lifting his left hind leg this time and trying to walk on his still-healing right leg. Our heart broke for him. The next day, we took him to the Animal hospital first thing in the morning and after some tests and x-rays, his Vet told us that Kai has completely torn his left CCL and needs surgery to repair it as soon as possible to avoid muscle atrophy and more serious complications.
The surgery is definitely not cheap and we would like Kai to receive the proper treatment he needs in order to make a full recovery.
Please feel free to donate whatever amount you can, as all the funds will go towards veterinary bills and the medical treatment/rehabilitation that Kai needs. Rest assured that any donation would be greatly appreciated. Please help our Kai make a full recovery and back to his normal self.
