Kailee's Tragic Loss

Hi! My name is Lexis and I am trying to raise money to help one of my bestfriends Kailee after the loss of her first child Penelope.

 

On October 22nd, Kailee went in for a normal prenatal checkup, only to be told that her daughter had passed away suddenly & with no explanation, in the womb.

 

On October 27th, she went into natural labor and delivered her sweet baby girl Penelope. After already worrying how she would get by, with the time off of work for her baby's delivery and grieving, things got worse for her. About a week later on November 4th, after still being in terrible pain, she returned to the hospital as she knew she was not supposed to still be physically hurting so bad. After examining her via ultrasound, a mass was found inside of her that had further caused an infection. On Friday November 5th, they did an emergency surgery to remove the mass, treat the infection, and biopsy it.

 

Kailee is now in recovery again, and is out of work for an unknown amount of time, which will continue to be unpaid by her employer. I am trying to help raise money to take one less burden off of her financially. To assist with the no income coming in, the medical bills, and to provide a proper service for her late daughter Penelope Lee Jean.
