Help Kaitlyn with Food, Bills, and Transportation

My name is Kaitlyn I'm 35 years old and I'm struggling terribly right now. I Have been fighting to keep my legs due to a major infection that almost took them. By the grace of god I still have them and they are healing. I have been dealing with this for a year and have been going through everything from extreme pain to crippling depression. I have had a handful of people by my side but they are sick of me being sick and can only do so much for me. I'm drowning in my medical bills and having major issues with transportation to and from my doctor's appointments. This illness has taken my life from me and I'm so broke I'm literally struggling to eat. I need help as much as I can get. I'm so embarrassed to have to do this fundraiser but it's to the point where I'm literally going to starve. This is not ment to be a pity party this is me being as humble and honest as I possiblity can get. Please please help me I'm out of options and resources.
