Kaitlyn's Pageant Journey

This summer marks the first step in my professional journey and I am so happy to invite you along with me. I will be competing in the international Miss Asian Global Pageant which is the longest-running Asian American pageant in the world going on its 38th year. It is a non-profit organization that centers around Asian female leadership and confidence building. I will be sharing my message on the importance of more sports funding in schools. It was sports like swimming that help me overcome my condition of scoliosis and gave me a 2nd chance at a normal life again. As a swimmer and water polo player, I am passionate about creating a balance between academic and social lives for the mental and physical health of students.
