Kaiyah And Kira Make An Early Entry
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Kim Evans owner of Crossroads Family Restaurant and I want to tell you about Hannah Martin a long-time employee of Crossroads Family Restaurant and Joseph MacVey who works for Tom Tepe and their new baby girls. On December 23,2023 Hannah underwent emergency C-section to delivery two precious baby girls at 26 weeks. Kaiyah Jasmine and Kira Storm made their entry into this world at 1 pound 12 ounces. Both girls were sent to UC Hospital in Cincinnati Ohio. Once there both girls were put in NICU. At 26 weeks both girls needed help with breathing and several other things that are not quite fully developed. Kira has developed some major issues so was transferred to Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati. Kira has a small hole in one of her valves in her heart, hopefully will clear itself. She also has had to have surgery to remove some of her intestines where a small hole was discovered, and her bowel knotted. She has also undergone surgery to insert a tube to relieve some gas in her stomach. She is in stable condition, and they are waiting on genetic testing for albinism. Kaiyah is doing relatively well with some more minor issues to overcome. Both girls are now over two pounds. Kira and Kaiyah have a long road ahead of them. Mom and Dad are the sweetest, kindest people you would ever meet. Hannah has a little boy Kash at home and right now Hannah and Joey are traveling from Moorses Hill, Indiana to UC hospital for Kaiyah, and Children’s Hospital for Kira daily. Any mom and father would do the same, but everybody needs a little help sometimes. This is the time that Hannah and Joey need our help. With the travel to and from Cincinnati every day for the next several months they need our help with gas, food and monthly bills. Please pray for Kira and Kaiyah, Mom, Dad and brother Kash and sister Maci for guidance from the Lord above, health and patience with the road they are on. Please also help us help them with your donations anything is helpful and appreciated. Thank You
