KALANI KAY RYAN - U.S. SURF COMPETITION FUND

Dear Friends & Family,

 

As you all know Matt's son Kk (Kalani Kay) is an avid surfer and was raised in the water by Matt Ryan. They shared a deep love of the ocean and the soulful art of surfing. Matt lovingly taught him everything he knew about how to ride waves with passion and respect. Kk has been surfing every day since his dad passed and he is extemely lucky to live in the best surf region on the planet. Becasue of this he gets to surf with some incredble up-and-coming young surfers his age and older. He has just been offered a last minute opportunity to join the Lost Mayhem surf crew in California for a 2-3 week surf adventure including possible competition entries and many events which will put him in front of sponsors by the world's best surf brands.

 

Kalani has to pay his own way to the U.S. for this, as he isn't quite sponsored yet. We're asking a select few of our dearest friends and family to help us get Kalani stateside to seize this opportunity of a lifetime. Because it's such a last minute flight the tickets are not cheap from Bali to the U.S. We're pitching in all that we can and are asking for any patronage from the fam.

Also we haven't seen Kk since Matt's passing. Our hearts are yearning to hug him and give him the family support he needs to heal from losing his papa. 

 

Let's get Kk to the U.S. and in these surf competitions! He just took 3rd in Bali for his first trophy and is excited to further his dreams!

Any funds beyond the airfare will go directly to Kk's food and other travel expenses.
