Kala’s Fight!

This is Kala. She’s funny, kind, bubbly & generous. Kala has been a wonderful friend to many, a wonderful family member, she was an astounding barber and business owner.

The last 5 years have not been great to Kala health wise. Kala has Crohns, Crohns is a painful inflammatory chronic illness that has no cure. It is usually treated with bowel resection continuously until there is nothing left and a bag is in place.

Kala has had one resection so far & will eventually need more however she is fortunate enough to not have reached that process! During the past 5 years the Crohns has led to more diagnosis & the current medication is failing her. Eventually she will have to have that bag and she will have pancreatic issues.

Due to the lack of treatment options in Windsor she was forced to close her business and move back to BC where her care and comfort could be better looked after. The wait time for her getting support for her medical bills and income is long, her savings is gone so she needs our help!

That being said, Kala needs some support from our loving community! Medical bills and support treatments have taken their toll and they are now in need of some help.
