Kaleb Smith Funeral Expenses

My name is Brandice Hughes, I am Kaleb's cousin, and with permission from his family I have set up this fundraiser to help with Kaleb's funeral expenses.

Kaleb was taken from us all to soon, February 3rd, 2024. Our hearts have been shattered, and we are all mourning the loss of a good man.

All you have to do is look around and you will see a life that Kaleb had an impact on! His big smile, his big heart, the joy he brought to those around him, he was loved! You could tell that he was all about his family and he loved them BIG! He always talked about how special each member in his family was to his life. He leaves behind that sweet family, his Dad Mitch, his mom Theresa, and his 3 brothers. He leaves behind his beautiful Fiancé Whitney who is pregnant with their first child, their little girl named Hazel, whom he was over the moon excited to meet and already in love with!

We all are at a loss for words, we feel helpless, and we want to help the family in some way. Funerals are expensive, and burdensome, especially when they are at an unexpected time.

I was reminded of this verse: 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 “Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”

I'm asking all of you to help be that comfort, let us come together as the body of Christ, pitch in and help cover these expenses for this sweet family so that it will be one less burden they have to carry.

Psalm 34:18 “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”
