In early summer of 2022 my daughter in law was diagnosed with Stage 4 T-Cell lymphoma. She is 31 years old. She under went aggressive chemo throughout the summer ending the Friday before Thanksgiving. It was the plan she would wait a month in preparation for a bone marrow transplant at Mayo Clinic around the end of 2022 beginning 2023. But during a bone biopsy and PET scan it was discovered her cancer was progressing to fast and her immune system was almost nonexistent. She began a second round of chemotherapy but by the end of January 2023 she contracted double pneumonia and was put in the hospital for 3 week. She was sent home too soon from the hospital as she was beginning to retain fluids 40lbs of it to be exact. She continued her antibiotics and anti inflammatories and other drugs they give her to combat pneumonia that was still left as well as the fluid but it wasn't enough 3 days home and she was back in the hospital where she wasn't able to breathe they quickly put her into intensive care and intubated her with paralyzing drugs and a ventilator and that's where she's at right now both she and Cody her husband , our son are not able to work at this time. She is still intubated with paralyzing drugs and a ventilator she has a blood clot in her heart and fluid on her lungs with pulmonary edema.
