Kameron's Recovery Journey

Hi, my name is Wykisha Billingslea, and I'm fundraising for my son Kameron Mckinney. Kameron is 17 years old and enjoys playing video games with his friends, playing basketball, and spending time with his best friend, our family dog, Blue. He graduated from high school a year early and had high hopes of joining the Airforce once he turned 18. These hopes and dreams were shattered on the night of October 19th, 2023. October 19th, 2023, on the way from a game to a friend's house Kameron was involved in a serious, life-altering car accident when the side he was on was t-boned by an unlicensed, uninsured driver and sustained multiple injuries including a broken neck and a fractured spine. Kameron is now temporarily paralyzed and has to go about relearning everything, including how to walk and use his hands. He remains in good spirits and continues to make progress with each passing day but because of the severity of his injuries we find ourselves in a devasting position. With the cost of physical and occupational therapy, medical bills, and insurance copayments, we humbly ask that you consider donating. All funds donated will go directly toward his recovery.
