Kaplan House Fire Fund

If you live in Cumberland and drive up or down Lonesome Pine road, I'm sure you have seen the house that burned down last night.

Thankfully, everyone including the animals got out of the house safely!

I'm sure many of you already know Matt, Katie, Zoe, Skyler or Lola Kaplan because they are an amazing family who are always the first to step up and help others.

For those of you who don't know what happened; a large portion of their home as well as their vehicles were engulfed in flames last night, sometime just after midnight. Despite the incredibly fast response of the Cumberland Fire Department (and a number of other surrounding towns who sent help) a large portion of the house was still lost and the parts that were not, have sustained extensive smoke and water damage. Their home is now in need of massive repairs and rebuilding, which has left the family devastated and displaced from their home.

This disaster has left the Kaplan's without so much, and while the cleanup, restoration, and rebuilding process begins they could use all of our help.

Please help out in any way you can, if it was your family, you know the Kaplan's would be the first to help you.
