Kappa Delta Rho IB House Fund

Our Purpose

In the Fall of 2022, The Rochester Institute of Technology informed the Iota Beta Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho, as well as the other Greek Organizations housed in the dormitories, that they would no longer be able to keep their houses after the 2022-2023 school year.

We are looking to raise the down payment needed for the Iota Beta Alumni Corporation to assist the chapter in purchasing a home. This Fundraiser is for the initial down-payment on the home.

Where will the funds go?

100% of the funding will be used for the benefit of Kappa Delta Rho. 90%-95% of the funding will go directly towards a Cash Down Payment on the house. We reserve the right to utilize 5%-10% towards other administrative funding as it relates to the Iota Beta Chapter of Kappa Delta Rho.
