Kappa Sigma Iota Repair Fund
Donation protected
We are trying to raise money to fix a few of the issues with the house. This summer we drafted a plan to fix the flooring issues and to replace the parquet floors with new, durable vinyl roll, which will make a big difference in the condition of the first floor. We're happy to say that this replacement is being funded and will hopefully be completed before the end of the summer. But we still need your help! We want to fix the remaining issues with the Iota Chapter house- and every dollar towards that goal counts. Here's a list of some of the things your money will go to:
-Showerhead replacement and shower repair
-New dishwasher to replace current non-functioning one
-Downstairs bathroom fixes to toilet handle etc.
-New paint for downstairs bathrooms, head, and other necessary locations
-New sink filters to prevent constant clogging
-New bar to replace termite-infested bar that was discarded
-New fans in bedrooms to replace older poorly functioning fans
-Tile replacement for damaged areas
-Dishware/kitchen fund
-Spackle/patch kit for hole in upstairs bathroom
-New toilet lid for broken upstairs toilet
-Replacement outdoor furniture, or furniture more appropriate for outdoor setting
We are more than willing to put in the work ourselves to replace a lot of these things, but current funds have a hard time covering the replacement parts. If it's 5, 10, or 100$, every donation will help us make Kappa Sigma the best that it can be.
Additionally, any brother who donates more than 100$ will have something in the house dedicated to him. This will be denoted with a very clear (label-maker printed) label, and you can come by on alumni day to check it out!
