My name is Sheryl. I am Karen's oldest sister. She lived with me for the last 8 years. She worked from home but as far as I can tell, there is no evidence of any savings, life insurance, health insurance, will, etc. She passed away unexpectedly on January 1, 2024 without any instructions for her family except one. She worked for an organization called Wild Earth which she loved and devoted all her time. Her only wishes were that her ashes be sent to Africa to the land she loved. We have gotten permission for that but it is very costly. So we are humbly asking her friends to help out by donating to her cremation expenses which are due this week and the shipping of her ashes to the Africa reserve after her memorial service.
