Our family member, sister-friend, and church member Karen Eady-Lockett has been diagnosed with cancer and through all of the tests it has also been discovered she also has a weakened muscle around her heart. She is currently being treated for both. While she is a child of God, full of faith and claiming the victory, the journey is still difficult at times.
Because of the diagnosis of cancer and of the heart she can't work as much as she used to-she just doesn't have the stamina especially with the chemotherapy.   Following chemotherapy she will also have to have a bone marrow transplant.  Through this journey she has quite a few mountains to climb. However the bills are still there which contributes to a high stress level.  We want to reduce her stress if possible.
