Hi, my name is Jennifer Rubio. I’m Karen Rubio’s younger sister. For everyone that know or knew Karen, you should know she is not in the best state of mind. My sister sadly got diagnosed with a schizophrenia disorder in 2020. Lately, her episode have gotten worse, which have caused her to get into some legal trouble.
