Hello,

My name is Jim Grenfell. My sister Karen needs help with the repair and replacement of part of her lower jaw. Our family has unfortunate genetics that has given all of us dental challenges, but Karen has gotten the worst of it. She has had implants for many years, however now, do to continuing bone loss, has to have the posts in her lower jaw removed and have bone grafting done. She will never be able to use her implants again.

These procedures are costly, and through the wisdom of the Medicare system, none of these costs are covered. She does not have the means to pay for this procedure and any after care needed. A very close friend has offered to help. With the funds from this page, we will pay back our friend and use the rest for after care and usable dentures for her bottom teeth.
