Karen Thayne needs help!

Karen always leaves her private life quiet. However, today she found out from her neighbor that her husband was leaving her when a moving truck pulled up to her house. She is worried about losing her house with the lose of income. She only owes 20K on it, but can't make ends meet on a vet tech salary and her husband is not helping out.
