Donation protected
Monday, October 26 is Karen's birthday. So, I think this week is a good time to hand her a check through this fundraising is still ongoing. The CDC really appreciates the support that each one of you provided to Karen as she deals with extreme hardship due to the fire! Thank you for your kind heart and generosity.
With Appreciation,
De Anza College, Child Development Center
Karen Villalba has been working at the Child Development Center at De Anza College for over 23 years and continues to support the CDC staff, children, and families as a dedicated Assistant Director. Karen and her husband Cesar lost their house in Boulder Creek due to the recent wildfire and are currently staying at the motel. The CDC members, her family at work, are asking for your support as she and her husband face the challenges of this unexpected hardship. To start with, please join us with this fundraising to help with her immediate expenses for lodging, food, clothing.....
The CDC staff will also create a list of the items that she may need and the activities that we can help.
