Karen’s Double Mastectomy Surgery

It only takes a MOMENT to help someone. I am asking YOU for a moment of your time to read this and I am asking for help. Karen Mcmillan needs help. My sister, my best friend, this incredible soul who has touched so many of our lives, needs help. In three days Karen is going into surgery. A double mastectomy to SAVE her from CANCER.  As most of you know, Karen is a single mother who survives by taking care of children in her home. OH! But she is so much more. When people speak of someone and say “they would give you the shirt off their back”, Karen is one of them. She is one of those RARE souls that you come across possibly once in a lifetime.  She has spent her entire life taking care of others. She is the most selfless and beautiful soul I’ve been lucky enough to know in this lifetime.  She needs our help NOW. I am asking for her because I know she would never ask for herself . After surgery she needs time to recover, she will need time to heal. She won’t be able to jump back into her normal routine for awhile and she doesn’t need to worry about anything other than healing. When she can’t work she has no income from anywhere else. I want to raise enough money to make sure her bills are covered as she heals.  Help me give her the time it takes to recouperate without wondering how she’ll make ends meet. Thank you!
