Karma's Place Rescue Transport Vehicle

Hi. My name is Denise and I am the Fundraising Coordinator for the most amazing animal rescue, Karma's Place Rescue based in Wondai Queensland. Since 2016 Sam and the team have been rescuing dogs and cats from all sorts of situations, surrenders, outback pounds and cruelty cases, unfortunately there is not much they haven't seen. Travelling an enormous amount of kilometres bringing these animals into rescue.

This is where the fundraiser comes in, we for now have 2 VERY tired vehicles that are being repaired almost daily, one has died and waiting on parts, the other not far behind with only one window that goes up and down, no air, heater, bearing in mind, this is the vehicle transporting dogs daily to and from the vet, to HQ for adoption, and out to rural outback pounds bringing dogs (and cats) to safety.

My goal is to raise at least $20,000. I know this will not buy a new vehicle but it will allow us to purchase a good second hand 4WD. Which will allow Sam and Ian to still get to town and home when the weather wreaks havoc and roads become impassable in a regular car, and to continue their mission that every life matters and bringing in animals from all situations.
