Help My Mom Beat Breast Cancer

My name Pernilla, I am 26 years old and I am reaching out to you in a time of urgent need. I am calling out to you with a plea for assistance during a critical time for our family. My 52 year old mother, KarrieAnne, was recently diagnosed with Stage 3C triple-negative breast cancer. For those who don’t know, that is almost stage 4 and triple negative is the worst breast cancer you can have. She recently finalized a tramatic divorce, ultimately causing her to lose everything and was left in financial strain. She now faces this formidable health challenge in this unfortunate financial position. The financial toll of her divorce has left her with little means to seek the care she so desperately needs.

Due to her past medical history, conventional chemotherapy poses a significant risk to her compromised immune system and we fear that it could cost her life. Chemo puts a lot of strain on the immune system and would leave her more vulnerable than she already is and we know she would not survive it. Our beacon of hope shines from the alternative treatment options provided by a specialized cancer center in Mexico called the CMN Hospital. This facility offers alternative treatments harnessing the power of the immune system to combat cancer cells without using typical procedures like chemo or radiation that would destroy her immune system. We have a personal relationship to a few people who have cured their cancer at this Hospital and we are confident that this is the right treatment plan for my mother to save her life. Your contributions will not only support these crucial treatments but also help cover the expenses associated with traveling to Mexico and obtaining essential medications.

As a family, we have found hope in the specialized treatment available at CMN Cancer Hospital. However, the cost of her treatment and care is a daunting challenge for us to bear alone. Her two daughters, me and my 9-year-old little sister, are doing everything in our power to ensure that our beloved mother receives the care she deserves. My mom has a lot more life to live! I am not ready to say goodbye to my mom and I don’t want my little sister to grow up without a mother. I don’t know how much time we have, but time is of the essence so the sooner we can get funding for her treatment, the better the odds will be in her favor.

My mom is allowed 1 person to be her companion for free. She would like me to accompany her. Once we get funding I will be vlogging our experience of the hospital and the treatments they will be performing. Of course I will update on how she is progressing through this journey!
