Kassandra Baker's medical costs

Hi all. My name is Connie and I'm here on behalf of my little sister, Kassandra (Kassie).

Recently, just days before her 30th birthday, she was diagnosed with stage 2 cervical cancer. She will be receiving both chemotherapy and radiation treatments, as well as having surgery to remove her IUD birth control, which is currently blocked by the tumor.

Kassie is a hard worker and takes care of a household including her 9 year old daughter, our disabled brother and our mother. Without her income, they are struggling to pay bills, buy groceries, maintain the day to day expenses of a 4 person household, as well as the rising stack of medical bills already in the thousands.

Please, consider giving in this moment of great need and uncertainty. Many lives are being affected and the journey has only just begun.

I am starting this gofundme small, as I, myself, am unsure what to even humbly ask for in support of my sister...but one thing I AM certain of, is that Kassie is a well loved member of her community and I feel confident that those near to her will be her strongest supporters in this dark time!
