Kasyn James

Kasyn was diagnosed with legg calve perthes disease in the beginning of October 2022, it's a rare childhood disease less than 2% of people in the world have it, sadly there no cure and no known causes. since then he has gone from a very active 4 year old, to being wheelchair bound kasyn went in for X-rays October 25th to find out his disease has progressed at a high rate and has gone down hill,he will require surgery on November 7th which is his 5th birthday, they have been having issues with the insurance company to get his wheelchair approved they drove to Springfield Missouri to rent one on their own so kasyn could go back to pre-school and have some sort of normalcy. He will also need a new carseat that will fit his cast after surgery, He goes to children's mercy in Kansas city, with many Dr. appointments and surgeries ahead and with his parents Missing work to take him to appointments and take to care of him the gas and the things insurance is having trouble helping with including hotels food etc, and trying to make his birthday party before his surgery something big and special for him before he will be in a petri cast and then a brace after for a very long time. They are having difficulties handling this with their everyday lifes.
