Kate can NOT fish

@katecanfish is in the ICU with an unexplained illness. She has experienced paralysis in her feet and legs. Medicinally, doctors have stopped the paralysis from proceeding beyond her stomach. Her condition is still unexplained, as the doctors look at several different causes and prognoses. She has been in the hospital since September 11th. Please consider helping this beautiful teacher, mother, fisher- woman and friend-to-all.
Funds will help to pay medical bills, house hold expenses while Kate is out of work, child care- as necessary for her 2 children.

Kate is a mother of 2, a school teacher to 1st graders, a christian, a master fisher woman and a philanthropist. She takes pride in providing life skills (including fishing!) and educational attainment to all of her students. For leisure, she fishes, but is ALWAYS happy to give a lesson to her former students, friends, neighbors and anyone who needs a little help with their pole. To her friends and family she is known as the "Animal Whisperer," as she seems to have a special connection to nature. She feeds the deer, ducks and any thing that roams its way into her yard on Lake Murray. She invented the "Catch, Kiss, Release" during her leisure and competitive fishing.
