Kate Kidion stage 4 kidney transplant

Hi, my name is Kate Kidion. I am a 33-year-old single mother of 4 sons. My youngest is 12 years old. I have been on dialysis for 10 years & currently have Stage 4 kidney disease. I have been moved to the priority list of Kidney Transplant & have my bags packed to go to the facility as soon as a kidney is available for me. I have been advised by my social worker to do this GO FUND me as my insurance does not cover all my medical expenses before & after the surgery. It will take 3 months for me to be away from my sons as I must stay close to the facility as they monitor my progress with the new kidney. I am the only parent they have left so I kindly ask if you could in any way help save me to live much longer either by donations or prayers.
