We are proud to be sponsoring the 34th annual Kate Newcomer Memorial Scholarship, which will be awarded to a Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School Student who plans to follow the same passionate dreams of nursing that Kate shared.
Kate was a natural caregiver who loved children her entire life, which was why she became such an incredible and valued NICU nurse at the Nation’s leading Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
We have been honored to have had the opportunity to award our annual Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia Nursing Education Scholarship for the past six years and our first Scotch Plains-Fanwood Memorial Scholarship in 2016.
We thank our friends and family from the bottom of our hearts for making it possible to keep Kate’s memory alive in this way. Any and all donations go a long way and are greatly appreciated.
We will proudly be awarding this year’s recipient at the Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School Scholarships Ceremony on May 29th, 2019.
