The KAT Centre's goals are to create a healthy, sustainable street dog population, reduce animal cruelty, and eliminate rabies, around Kathmandu, Nepal.

The primary goal of KAT is to provide Animal Birth Control (spaying/neutering) for street dogs. In addition other services provided include rabies vaccinations, emergency rescue, raising community awareness, feeding and providing shelter to dogs that cannot be released. Your generous donations will help to cover expenses such as medications (anesthestic agents, antibiotics, pain medications to name a few), medical equipment, costs of maintaining the ambulance, food for more than 80 dogs and cats at any one time, supporting the salaries of the ground staff and day to day operations.
