Kathy Kasprzak

My beautiful Auntie Kathy, my mother’s sister, my second mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Carcinoma which metastasized to her lung. After a year of vigorous chemotherapy and 11 rounds of radiation she decided to stop treatment and enjoy her time with her daughters and sweet grandkids.

She went into hospice where she was lovingly cared for for two years. For that time her daughter Stephanie left her job to be a full time caretaker which, while she couldn’t imagine it any other way, was an incredible financial burden.

That said, they were unable to save for the memorial Kathy requested and the family she’s leaving behind needs.

Now that her life in her physical body on this earth is coming to a close those costs are staring my cousins in the face.

If you know me, my cousins, any of my sisters- if you knew my mother- you have a pretty good idea of what my aunt was and is.

Fiery, fierce, hilarious, sharp tongued, quick witted, passionate and with all the love in the world to give.

Her footprint on this world is enormous, she will leave her mark on everyone she has ever met.
