On December 24th, a day we celebrate with family, we received an unexpected visit no parent should ever receive. Instead of the usual Santa, the Wayland State Police Officer knocked on our door. We received the news that our beloved daughter, Kathy Hernandez, a beloved mother to two beautiful children, a 6 year old girl and a 2 year old boy lost their mother in a tragic accident. My daughter was involved in an auto accident that ended her life. Leaving her family, friends, and children in a devasted shock from this sudden tragic passing. Kathy was a single mother who worked hard to give her children the best they deserved. We are asking for all family, friends and everyone in the community to help us with expenses to lay this beautiful soul to rest.
