Kathy Larrabee

Hi, my name is Emily and I am the daughter of Kathy Larrabee. My mom fought ovarian cancer for the past 7 years. She finally won that battle when she went to be with the Lord on August 2nd. Throughout her journey she remained happy, courageous, caring and always had on the most beautiful smile. There are many people that supported her during those 7 years but a group she held very close to her heart is the CSRA GYN Cancer Support Group. This group supports women going through very similar cancers. They create an environment that is welcoming and eases fears during the trials of battling cancer. They hold gatherings and outings every month for these women. By they, I mean the nurses and physicians who treat these patients everyday. They are all truly angels walking on this earth. Mom would have loved for people to donate to this group in her memory. All donations will go directly towards this group which, in return, will touch the lives of each woman fighting the same battle Mom was.
