Kathy's 60th Birthday Surprise Gift

We all know how much Kathy endlessly gives to everyone around her, so we want to return some of that love for her upcoming 60th birthday! If you don't already know, my mom is obsessed with Chef Vivian Howard- her recipes, her PBS show, her personality, the list goes on!
So Moriah and I have decided to plan a SURPRISE trip to eat at a few of her restaurant all the way in North Carolina (and hopefully a private meeting with the Chef herself!). Yes, it's a wild plan, but we know how much this experience will mean to our mom.
