Kathy's Courageous Battle

On the morning of Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 my mom had a tragic incident that resulted in her being air lifted to North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN. She has undergone 2 surgeries so far to repair damages done to her sternum area. They removed part of her small intestine as well as a small portion of her stomach and she is requiring a feeding tube until her internal organs heal. She has minimal medical insurance and will require further medical care.

My mom is a strong woman and has lots of family surrounding her during this. She has a husband, son, daughter, grand kids, brothers, sisters, mother & father, as well as many friends keeping her spirits high and sharing their love. Each day the medical bills are getting higher and unfortunately insurance will not be covering much. She has a long road to recovery in a hospital care setting until she feels strong enough to go home.

Any funds raised will be put towards accruing medical bills and travel expenses.
