Kathy's Bagels Cafe & Deli Support Fund

Hello Spring Valley and Rockland County Community,

We’re the owners of Kathy’s Bagels Deli & Cafe in Spring Valley, NY. On Saturday, July 8th at around 2:45 am, our bagel store was engulfed in flames along with several other businesses in the complex. Unfortunately, everything is gone, inside and out. We are absolutely devastated and heartbroken. We’ve served the Spring Valley community for 28 years and loved doing so. We have so many memories and we cannot believe that our store is gone. We will cherish every memory made at our store with our dedicated staff and our wonderful, loyal, and supportive customers.

Hopefully, we can rebuild our bagel shop. In the meantime, any amount you can contribute to help us support our staff and their families would be greatly appreciated. No amount is too small and we appreciate your support and love during this extremely difficult time.

We may be gone temporarily but we look forward to being back with the community’s love and support.
