Katia's ongoing Pilates Education

Hello, My name is Katia, and I am a Pilates teacher from Ukraine.

 

I used to have my own Pilates studio in Dnipro but now my son, Leonid, and I have come to the UK as refugees. We are living with our UK Sponsor in Camberwell, South London. I love my job and am keen to continue teaching Pilates in the UK and I have made contact with Artichoke Pilates, a local studio, which is being very supportive. Some of you may have seen me there!

Before war came to Ukraine, I was in the middle of a Pilates course run by Polestar Pilates that would have given me an internationally recognised qualification. Unfortunately, the war cut the course short and I was unable to graduate. However, Polestar Pilates has been very generous and offered me a place on their London course for half the normal fee. The course starts on the 13th of May 2022.

 

This means that to complete my international qualification so that I can teach in the UK, I need to raise £2700 before 13th May 2022. If you can help with even just a small donation, that would be absolutely fantastic and I would be most grateful. Thanks. Katia
