Katie Duhnke and Jessyca Hohn

It is with great sadness and extremely heavy hearts as we must share the horrible, unexpected death of two an amazing young women.

Saturday morning at about 3:30am as Katie Duhnke and Jessyca Hohn were closing up and leaving their bartending job at Star Bar in Federal Way, Washington both of their lives were tragically taken from us. From what we know at the moment a Hispanic male in his late 20s or early 30s has a dispute and was kicked out of the bar by the two bartenders. He then waited in his car until the two closed and locked up when he tragically took the lives of both ladies and critically injured another. As the police do their job and find the man who took their lives let’s come together as a community and do what we can to give Katie and Jessyca the memorial they deserve to be honored and remembered and for everyone to say their last goodbyes. I am reaching out and asking everyone to please do what you can to help the families of these two brave young women with the financial toll it puts on the families. Big or small anything helps even a share could help so much with the cost of the funeral and all other expenses that come with losing a loved one.
