Hello my name is Kayla Gilmore, Katie is my sister. She passed away unexpectedly last night, she was 33 years young. My heart is broken. Our father passed away just 9 weeks ago. We are trying to find a way to deal with the grief and afford the funeral. This is more than we could have ever imagined. Katie leaves behind 4 beautiful children. We are wanting to pay for the funeral and bring the children from North Carolina back to Kansas City. We appreciate any help at all. Please keep our family in your prayers.
