Our sister Katie has been going through treatments for breast cancer on and off for the last 18 years. Unfortunately she is now going through her 3rd go around and is having a tough time. Recently she was hositalized because she had a bad reaction to treatments and we almost lost her. In typical Katie fashion, she's more worried about leaving her family with the compounding hosital bills than herself. So I struck a deal with her... I promised that I (and her other sibilings - cuz we Havenga kids stick together) would to do what we could to help with paying off her medical bills if she would concentrate on getting stronger and taking care of herself.

That's where you come in. If you're willing and able we'd greatly appreciate a donation to Katie's fund to help her pay her mounting medical expenses. If you're not financially able to help we'd really appreciate your prayers and/or possitive thoughts for our sister.
