Katina Alexander: Her Stand Against Breast Cancer

On New Year’s Eve 2019 Katina received a diagnosis of Breast Cancer. She is currently in the early processes of this journey and her next appointment will be on January 17th, with an anticipated surgery on January 28th.  As those who receive this news are looking for ways to support Katina during this season, please first consider sending up a prayer for Katina, and her daughters, Alyssa and Aneesah, as their family boldly and prayerfully navigates this news.  

With surgery, chemo and radiation ahead of her, Katina will need time off to heal and recover all the while incurring expenses that far exceed the financial means available. Funds are being raised to help Katina pay for medical expenses, including costly prescriptions, and also to bridge the gap for living expenses.  Katina loves deeply, and is wholeheartedly active in her expression of love for her family, friends and community. This is an opportunity for each of us to humbly thank God for her and to lift up Katina with our love, encouragement and the sharing of our available resources.
