When I got to San Antonio for a vacation, I came across this beautiful puppy who, I believe, was hit by a car and left to die in the backyard of the Airbnb I’m staying at. Upon an initial phyical, they thought she has a broken pelvis and hind leg. San Antonio animal control can’t do anything for her except for pain meds and rest, and rescues won’t help unless they have a foster lined up. Since I’ve completely fallen in love with this angel, I’m attempting to save her and bring her home to Milwaukee. She’s too big to fit into a carrier to come in the plane with me, so I’ll need to rent a car and drive her 20 hours home. Once home, I’ll get her the care she needs and give her the life she deserves. Anything helps. We (the pup and i) apreciate your interest in our story, and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any help you can offer.
