GoldCoast2018 & beyond

Hi, I'm Katy Sealy a Belizean Heptathlete. I have been representing Belize internationally since 2010 and currently hold the National Record for the Heptathlon, Javelin and High Jump. I am also four-time Central American Champion in the Heptathlon and the Central American Record Holder. I represented Belize in the 100m hurdles at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. I have a team of three coaches, specialists in hurdles, jumps and throws, in addition to two physiotherapists and a nutritioinst. I have also been supported by my parents throughout my athletics career who are both qualified coaches. My athletics career is currently mostly funded by myself and my parents, I receive a small amount of funding and sponsorship and work part time. With the  Commonwealth Games, World Championships, PanAmerican Games and Olympic Games coming up over the next 4 years your support will help me work towards representing Belize at more major events.
