A Call for Help to Assist Katy's Cooking Tonight

On Wednesday, June 22nd, Katy's Cooking Tonight experienced a devastating incident when a large fire burnt down their primary kitchen, destroying all tools, appliances, ingredients, products, etc., inside. Thankfully, no one was inside but the aftermath of this emergency is deemed a complete loss to the building and the businesses that rented out the shared kitchen. As you can imagine, an incident like this can be tough for any business owner by stealing and destroying elements of your day-to-day in the blink of an eye. Please know that Katy and the rest of the team are safe, assessing the situation, digesting the magnitude of this incident, and figuring out the best logical plan to continue servicing clients along with the local community.

If like me, you know the wonderful, caring, amazing person that is Katy Klinnert; always looking out for her community's best interest, taking care of those in need, and forever connecting with her circles with a warm and welcoming smile. Katy remains to this day a loving and supporting mother, a driven, hard working business owner, and to all reading, the dearest of friends. This friend of ours now needs your help.

The insurance company assessment protocol is still a very fluid situation and unfortunately has no resolution in sight for the foreseeable future. Repayments from this incident are needed now as the livelihood of Katy's business and her employees cannot wait on the inevitable delayed insurance company's compensation which we all know can easily take months if not years.

By donating today, your gift will help see Katy and her team through this hard time. Funds will help support a number of the following items needed to successfully tackle this hurdle:

Primarily help with the purchasing of all new equipment which was destroyed in the fire. Equipment ranges anywhere from a serving spoon to commercial graded cooking equipment and everything in-between.
Repurchase ingredients lost.
Rental costs during transitional period.
Dry goods lost.
Funds to help Katy and her team meet any other surprise costs during the rebuilding period.

The foundation Katy's Cooking Tonight is safe and sound as it survives within the talent, expertise, and pure professionalism by Katy and her team.
