Kayla and Jonathan Harris Family Emergency Fund

My name is Katie McKee and I am the sister of Kayla Harris. On August 9, Kayla and her husband Jonathan were in a serious and tragic motorcycle accident. Kayla suffered 5 broken ribs, punctured lungs, and a broken shoulder blade, collarbone and arm. Kayla also broke her neck with a cervical spinal cord injury, which is typically the most severe variety of spinal cord injury. She will be undergoing surgery this week and we are praying for the best. Jonathan also suffered serious and life-altering injuries and continues to be in SICU. Kayla and Jonathan have three daughters who are coping with their parents' current state as best as they can. We ask our family and friends for prayers during this difficult and stressful time. As you can imagine, we are all working to support them with their financial needs and continued care for the girls. The family currently needs assistance with their mortgage and electricity bill as well food and school clothes/supplies for the girls. We thank you for any assistance in any form that you can provide, even if that's a home cooked meal. We can't express our gratitude for the outpouring of love they have received so far.
