Kayla Flynn living expenses

Hi All -

 

My name is Jamie O'Connell, and like so many, I considered Andrew Thomas to be a dear friend. As i'm sure most know, Andrew was tragically taken from us this past Wednesday.

 

I count myself fortunate to have known Andrew for nearly 30 years, growing up with him in the woods of Medfield, MA, and growing up with him a little more these past 10 years in New York City.

 

After living down the street from one another for decades, Andrew and I moved in together in 2019. It was during that period I had the opportunity to spend a good deal of time with his beloved partner, Kayla Flynn.

 

Like Andrew, Kayla is kindhearted, smart, geeky, funny, and genuine. It's easy to see how they fell for one another, and i'll admit, it was no surprise when Andrew announced he was ditching me to move in with Kayla. I was psyched for him.

 

During this period of grieving, the last thing we want Kayla to be worried about is unexpected financial circumstances that have come about in the wake of Andrew’s passing. We’re looking to help ease that by raising money that will go towards rent, food, and other essentials during this period.
