Helping Kayla In Hard Times

I have started a GoFundMe page to raise funds to help my sweet granddaughter, Kayla Lundberg through troubled times. She broke her leg in January (2016), spent 8 weeks in a cast, and was then allowed to go back to work part-time. She was thrilled to be back to work as a massage therapist helping those in need. Two weeks later, she was walking on gravel and SNAP...the bone broke AGAIN! This time, she had surgery to repair it with a titanium rod and screws on April 26th, and is, again, out of work. She is not one to ask for help as she is very self-reliant and proud of her work. So, as her grandmother, I am stepping in and asking for help for her from her friends and family. We all know that the rent must be paid and bills continue to come in whether we are able to work or not. With no benefits or paid time off, she struggled through the first accident and barely scraped by, never asking for help. Now, she's in dire straights!
