Kaylee and Kathryn's school trip to Germany

Hi, my name is Kathryn, my daughter Kaylee and I are fundraising to help with our trip to Germany! Kaylee is going to be a senior at A.L. Brown High School next year. She is a member of the Science Club and they have planned a week-long trip to Germany for the students and chaperons. In that week we will explore the future of the environment and technology by visiting an urban development project and a working urban farm in Berlin, exploring the green city of Freiburg through the eyes of an environment sustainability expert, tour Hofgut Sterment's sustainable facilities in the Lucerne and tour the Entlebuch Biosphere in the Black Forest. This is a once in a lifetime trip that we are both looking forward to. 2023 started out extremely rough for our family. I was hospitalized for a week with a severe ear infection which caused a ruptured ear drum that resulted in me not being able to work for 2 months, some hearing loss and constant issues with vertigo and problems with concentration. Kaylee has been doing an excellent job helping with fund raising at school and has taken up a summer job to help with some of the cost as well.
