KK is Warrior Fighting Ewing Sarcoma Cancer

Kayleigh Civitarese my Niece she just recently turned 13 and is Fighting Ewing Sarcoma Cancer. The cancer started In her left Knee. Kayleigh had injury to the knee and it continued to hurt. With xray being done then an MRI being ordered where they found a tumor . Ewing Sarcoma starts out as tumor in the knee ,rid hip etc and spreads quickly. The treatment was and still is aggressive. With the first year of Chemo the Tumor in the knee shrank and KK had a total knee replacement with removal of the bone above and below the knee. This was followed by radiation treatment. They then found out that cancer had spread . KK most recent bit of good news was one of the tumers in her lung that was as big as grapefruit is now the size of a golf ball. We continue to request all and any prayers for Kayleigh Civitarese and the Team of Doctors and Nurses at Hershey Medical Center who are providing care for her . We also like to Thank everyone for the continued support. The family ,friends and amount of community members who are helping the family with donations and prayers has been appreciated more then words can express. Donations have allowed Her Dad to be with her every step.
