Kaylie Cundiff

Hi, my name is Jenni Gaus. I am the mother-in-law to Kaylie Cundiff. She is married to my son Alex, and she has been very ill the last couple of weeks. She experienced flu like symptoms and stomach bug symptoms, which ended up putting her in the hospital, with altered mental status/confusion. Due to being ill, and now hospitalized, she doesn’t have an income or sick pay, due to small business/preschools, not having benefits for their employees. Which is unfortunate, and can create a struggle for working class families. Alex has been with her every day, since her hospitalization, and is taking very good care of her. He is now losing wages because he is doing the proper thing and taking care of Kaylie, and being her advocate! I am putting this gofundme out there in hopes that they can pay uncovered medical expenses, and the high deductible their healthcare plan offers. As with anything else, bills are important to take care of, and don’t stop accumulating. Any monies raised will also help them keep the lights on, a roof over their heads, and provide for Sawyer. (Sweet 5 year old son). They don’t know the long term prognosis, time will tell, and who knows if she will need Outpatient Therapy once she is discharged?
