The Canell Family Needs Our Help!

On Friday October 23rd my best friend, Larry Canell, was on his way to train one of his personal training clients, just like every other Friday morning. On this morning he didn't make it to his appointment. Someone crossed over into his lane and had a head on collision.

Larry is not your typical "gym guy". Any of his clients will tell you this. He doesn't want to just help someone get in better shape. He wants to show that person that there is a balance to life and having a more balanced life will improve your well being, spirituality, emotions and your


physical state. Right now, Larry's life is not in balance and he could really use your help. His family could use your help.

This "gym guy" is a father, a husband, a son, a brother, a church volunteer, a best friend and a lover of nature. Larry was air lifted to Albany Medical on that morning. He suffered 9 broken/displaced ribs, broken femur, shattered spleen that was removed, torn diaphragm and partially collapsed lungs. Not to mention losing 7 units of blood with all of the massive internal injuries.
Larry is looking at being in recovery and out of work for weeks, if not months. As a personal trainer, he doesn't make a dime when he is not able to train clients. Though insurance will cover a lot of his expenses, he will lose quite a bit of income. Larry's family will have to endure a minimum of $7,500 of losses. I am hoping that we can unite and help this man and this family that has helped me and so many others in the community over the years. Every dollar makes a difference , so please donate as little or as much as you can afford.
